Shipping costs
The cost for shipping will be listed at the time of checkout. For each country it's different. 
We use flat shipping fees in case we have to send multiple packages for orders and to have the shipping costs covered, we also opt for an extra insurance since items sended mostly have a high value and we do not like the risk for your packages to be damaged or getting lost. 


Delivery by Pokémon Pro Shop

Not available yet, soon we will also make an option to get your package delivered on request. This will only be on appointment and within a radius of several kilometers. Since we are based in Belgium this option will only be for Belgium & The Netherlands.

 

Pickup at Pokémon Pro Shop
Not possible yet.

 

 


Article 5: Delivery and execution of the agreement

When the customer has completed an order, the order will only be sent when the payment is completed using one of the payment methods. If the customer pays an order by bank transfer, the order will only be shipped when the payment is in the account of Pokémon Pro Shop. An order can be cancelled if agreed in writing between Pokémon Pro Shop and the customer. Orders that are not paid for within 30 calendar days may be cancelled automatically by Pokémon Pro Shop.

 

Orders will also require a shipping fee, which will be listed at the time of checkout.  Pokémon Pro Shop charges a different rate for each different country, the shipping cost varies by country. If the customer chooses an additional extra insurance and/or tracking to follow the package then there is an additional cost, this option is also offered when finalizing the order.   

 

The delivery can be made by different carriers, Pokémon Pro Shop will always consider the choice according to the speed of delivery and safest choice to send the delivery as efficiently as possible to the address given by the recipient. 

 

 

Deliveries are made within 1-5 working days if the products are in stock.
If products are not in stock Pokémon Pro Shop will inform the customer to give the customer the option to cancel the order or to wait until the products are in stock again.

 

Unless otherwise agreed or expressly provided, the goods will be delivered to the address given within 30 days after receipt of the order.

 

 

Any visible damage and/or qualitative deficiency of an item or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported by the Customer to Pokémon Pro Shop without delay.

Pokémon Pro Shop will discuss with the Customer whether these goods will be credited or replaced as follows.

 

The risk due to loss or damage shall pass to the Customer as soon as it (or a third party designated by it, who is not the carrier) has taken physical possession of the goods. However, the risk already passes to the Customer upon handing over to the Customer's carrier, if the Customer's carrier has been instructed to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by Pokémon Pro Shop.
