What language are the cards in?

We offer English cards mostly. If the language of an item is in another language than English we will always mark the image of the product with a flag of the language and mention the info in the title of the product, for example: "[FR] Vivid Voltage Booster Pack" ('FR' will stand for French). 
 

How many Pokémon Pro Points will I earn when I order?
You will receive approximately 3% of the order value WITHOUT taxes. Because it is not possible to get a discount on taxes and the points system will not count the taxes for this program. That's why we increased the point count from 2% to 3%.
You will receive 10 points per 1 euro spent (VAT/TAX excluded)

How can I use my Pokémon Pro Points?

On desktop: You can make use of your points by clicking the 'Rewards' button with the crown icon on the left bottom area of your screen.
For mobile view: You can click the crown icon also located on the bottom left.

After this you click on 'ways to redeem' here you can choose the discount you want to use.
When you generated your code, you can use this code at checkout by pasting this code in the coupon code box.
Then the discount will be taken in count.


Can I earn more points in another way?

Yes, you can! 
Click the rewards button and click 'ways to earn', here you will see different options to earn point. 
By sharing our website on Facebook, Liking our Facebook page (we recommend doing this because we also share a lot of news on this page), also when it's your birthday you will receive some points! 
 

I have multiple orders, can I combine the shipping costs?
If the items in your order are all in stock we can combine the shipping cost. If the items have different release dates we can not combine them. Feel free to contact us if you want to have your orders combined or want to have more info about this. info@pokemonproshop.com

 

Can you guarantee that the items will be available on the release dates?
We open pre-orders for just a percentage of the total that we ordered to be able to guarantee quantities. We are one of the shops that buys the most quantities. The smaller shops you know today might be buying stock from us as well. We receive a lot, so there should be no worries about not receiving items.
Please understand it is not in our control how fast items will arrive. Since 2022 The Pokémon Company International has announced soft releases for all series of the first half year of 2022, there might be some delays in transport and there are chances that items will arrive a little bit later than the release date. We order stock of new series a 6-10 months before the release dates. Since there are more and more retailers out there The Pokémon Company and their distributors are doing their bests to ship items as fast as possible! There is just a lot of demand in the world and they can not process every order in one day.

When will my orders be shipped?

If all items from your order are in stock, we will ship them (if the times are ideal) within 3 business days. In busier periods it can be delayed a little bit more, we do our very bests to ship orders as fast as possible. It is not possible to send your orders partially since the shipping cost is calculated per order number. Only when all items in your order are ready we will ship everything together.

The items in my order have different release dates, can I get some items before the others?
No, all items in one order will be shipped together since there is only paid one shipping fee per order.

Which payment options are possible?
For Belgium: It's possible to use bancontact and the bancontact app via Klarna or Stripe.

All other options:  Creditcard, iDeal, Klarna, Sofort Banking...
WE DO NOT SUPPORT PAYPAL ANYMORE SINCE JAN 2022

You can also choose for the offline payment option and send the money to our bank account.

Orders will only be shipped when we have received the money in our account. Always mention your order numbers with your payment so we can link your payment to your order.

Do you have a brick & mortar shop (physical store)?
Not yet, maybe in the future ;-)

I can't find a specific item in your webshop.
If it's not in our webshop chances are that we couldn't find this item anymore and/or the production of this item has been finished
You can always contact us and we'll find out if we can still order it from our distributors.


Can I cancel my order or pre-order? 
No.
When you order or pre-order you also accept our terms & conditions.
We know this seems harsh, but also keep in mind cancelling is not as simple as it seems and causes a lot of problems 'behind the scenes' in how we operate and the healthiness of our business. Pokémon items do not have the greatest margins. We have to make reservations with our suppliers, we have to pay for the goods before we can let them ship them to us. If everyone would be cancelling their orders when they please we would have troubles with our cash flow or end up with stock that you pre-ordered and reserved and in some cases will not be able to sell anymore. The Pokémon world is fast and the majority of people will already have ordered a long time before the release dates. 
Keeping our business healthy is our main priority and is also beneficial for all of our customers! You can however send the items back within 14 days (right of withdrawal), but keep in mind the returning shipping cost is for the buyer (you) and not the seller.
